QualityGenerics.com requires a copy of a prescription in order to send any order. That prescription must be written by a licensed US physician if you are in the United States. If you order from another country, the prescription has to be written by a doctor located where the shipping address is.

After placing your order please fax or email a copy of your order along with your original prescription and a copy of your Driver's License (or other photo ID) by one of the following methods:
