When Will I Receive My Medication?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method. Typically, you will receive your medication in 12 to 21 business days, if shipped by the regular shipping option. Business days are all calendar days excluding weekends and local holidays.

Do you ship to Canada (or another country)?

QualityGenerics.com ships medications worldwide to most countries, however at this time, we cannot ship to Canada. Please add the product to the shopping cart, and when you are checking out, you can see all the countries available to ship to. You can also review which other countries we do not ship to on our Shipping Information page.

Where are the medications shipped from?

The medications are shipped from QualityGenerics's facility in India.

What are your shipping rates, and who is your mail courier?

QualityGenerics uses different delivery methods depending on the medication and the shipping option selected. Please click on the Shipping Options link on the product's page for more details. View our Shipping Terms.

How will my medication be packaged?

Depending on the medication and the pill quantity ordered, the medication can arrive in a factory packaging or in a vacuum sealed plastic bag for your protection.

Do I need to have a prescription to buy here?

What is your cancellation / refund / return policy?

If for any reason, you feel that you are not completely satisfied with your order at Aclepsa, please contact our Customer Support department, and we will issue a full refund back to your credit card. In compliance with industry standards, we do not accept any returns on generic mediations.. If you received an incomplete order or if you are not happy with the product, we can issue you a refund.

How do I place an order?

When you click an order link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will set up your account. You will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, submit your order for processing. Please note that our agents cannot take orders over the phone. You must place your order yourself, through our website.

How do I place a refill?

As a returning customer, simply log into your account and place a new order. You will receive an automatic 10% discount, or be able to add 20% more pills to your order (if you are not ordering pills or tabs, then please select 10% discount).

Do you offer a Price Match Guarantee?

Yes! If you find a pharmacy website that offers a less expensive price, we will match it! Send a request to our Shipping Department mentioning the link and product and quantity you want us to match. We will reply back to you within 24 hours. Any request to match a price should be sent before placing an order. Any request sent after the order is placed will be disregarded.

We reserve the right to refuse to match a price, if the referred website does not comply with the following conditions:

  • Displays a toll free number and a fax number
  • Displays a physical address
  • Has a valid SSL certificate
  • Has FDA approval
